Items You Are Not Happy With

If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem.

We will gladly exchange the item, or refund the amount you paid.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**Please understand our products are hand made in small quantities and each item is singular and unique. Slight variances in the colour of fabric, as well as minor blemishes and discoloration is to be expected.**
